What are flesh moles™?
Flesh moles are medically known as Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra. They resemble moles or flat warts. They occur almost exclusively in dark skinned individuals, and most frequently in women. They are not cancerous, and can be easily removed.
What are skin tags?
Skin tags are common benign skin growths that occur most often after midlife. The origin is unknown. They are tiny skin protrusions that project from the surrounding skin. They may be smooth or irregular, flesh colored or more deeply pigmented. Skin tags are usually painless, except for occasional irritation from rubbing from clothing or other friction.
These two benign skin lesions are easily removed without leaving skin irritation or scarring.
